Rise Up - A Course in Vibrational Living.

This is such a wonderful class to take to align your chakras. I initially took it in 2021 and many things are falling into place. I have signed up to take it again in 2022 starting soon. Pre-work begins on November 21 and we kick off on November 28. 

I really loved my experience. I am not going to lie, it took commitment and discipline, but the results were worth it. I love the community support and guidance. Initially, I thought it might be overwhelming, but after I was so amazed at the transformation, I noticed.

Focusing on balancing my chakras throughout RiseUp allowed me to get out of my own way.

I can't say that Rise Up was the only catalase for the great things I have gone on to accomplish, but I can say that being grounded and having the tools to support me during times of stress, excitement, and more really helped.

I am working on publishing my first book of poetry this November, and that is a lot of work, many other new things are requiring my focus too, I am super grateful to be able to reach into my toolkit for the meditations or mantras or community to get grounded and stay aligned.
