Sunday Love Letter

Happy February. With the Valentines’ Day  around the corner, I am here to remind you to practice self-love and compassion.

Love yourself, maintain your boundaries and raise your energy.  Do more of what makes you happy.

Come as you are. You can even join from your bed. You can have your camera on or not. You can be live and participate, or mute your line and just listen while doing whatever it is you are doing. It will be a fun positive experience.

Here is a poem that Genie & I wrote together in our writing hour in January.

SHINE YOUR LIGHT

Tell me about the weather and I will tell you about the stars and the moon.

Now I will feel the warmth of the sizzling sun on my heart.

Tell me about your heart, what secrets does it hold?

Delve into my thoughts they are clouded by your shadow.

Why my dear, the darkness of the shadow can be removed by shining your own light bright.

Be a star now for others to follow.
